Donald Trump shoves the Prime Minister of Montenegro out of the way during a NATO tour

During a meeting of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization leaders, President Trump shoved the Prime Minister of Montenegro out of the way to get himself to the front of the tour.

Mr. Trump casually adjusts his jacket after walking up behind Montenegro's Dusko Markovic and pushing him out of his way.

Markovic appears visibly taken aback by the incident, but after turning around to see who the offender was, he nervously smiles and pats Trump on the back.

When White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer was asked about the incident, he simply responded with, "I have not seen the video."

Spicer did point out that the standing order for the photo op was pre-determined, as usual, and that Mr. Trump had been placed at the front.

During the Thursday meeting of NATO leaders, President Trump called on other leaders to spend more money on security but did not explicitly endorse NATO's commitment to collective defense.
