Joe Biden: Trump Needs To Stop 'Blaming President Obama For His Failures'
Former Vice President reacts to Trump blaming Obama for funding Iran's missiles
Presidential hopeful Joe Biden blasted President Donald Trump by telling him to stop "blaming President Obama for his failures" following Trump's claim that the Obama administration funded the missiles in the Iranian airstrike against Iraq.
In a series of tweets on Wednesday, Biden said:
"I'm thankful no one was hurt in last night's attack. But we're only in this mess because Donald Trump pulled out of the Iran Deal (which even his advisors said was working), turned his back on our allies, and had no strategy for what comes next."
"Instead of using his statement today to lay out a coherent strategy on Iran, Donald Trump used it to mislead the country on the Obama-Biden record."
"He's been President for three years. It's time he stops blaming President Obama for his failures."
On Wednesday, Trump said during the short statement that "the previous administration" sent over $150 billion to Iran, which the regime has used to "create hell" by funding its attacks against Americans and other middle eastern nations.
“Iran's hostilities substantially increased after the foolish Iran nuclear deal was signed in 2013, and they were given $150 billion, not to mention $1.8 billion in cash,” he said.
“Instead of saying thank you to the United States, they chanted 'Death to America.'”
The President then said that Iran went on a “terrorist spree" with the money “and created hell in Yemen, Syria, Lebanon, Afghanistan, and Iraq.”
As Neon Nettle reported earlier this week, Obama granted amnesty to Iranian terrorist Gen. Qassem Soleimani as part of the "historic" 2015 Iran Deal.

The Obama Administration removed Soleimani from a list of Iranian outlaws, along with other leaders of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, according to a 2015 article in The Telegraph.
In the July '15 report by the left-leaning newspaper, Defence Editor Con Coughlin declared that Iranian General Soleimani "fully deserves his reputation as one of the world’s leading terrorist masterminds."
For over a decade, he has been the driving force behind an array of Iranian-sponsored terrorist groups, from Hizbollah to Hamas, which have orchestrated a reign of terror throughout the Middle East, according to the report.
On Wednesday, Biden advised Trump to take advice from his national security advisers when responding to escalating tensions with Iran.
“I just pray to God as [Trump] goes through what’s happening, as we speak, that he’s listening to his military commanders for the first time because so far that has not been the case."
“Democracy runs on accountability,” Biden said.
“No one wants war. But it’s going to take hard work to make sure we don’t end up there accidentally.”
