Iran General Salami Warns 'Hard, Firm, Regrettable' Strikes Coming Against America
Islamic Revolution Guard Corps commander praises Iran's response
Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) commander Hossein Salami said Iran would claim revenge against the U.S. that following the airstrike that killed Gen. Qasem Soleimani, saying it “will be hard, firm, regrettable, decisive and complete.”
Speaking at Soleimani's funeral, Salami praised Iran’s promised response:
“Today, all humanity admires and praises him as a model of resistance and support for the oppressed," Salami said.
"They want to throw the sun off, make a mistake by throwing rocks, and this is the tradition of the criminals of the universe who do not understand and cannot fight the sun.”
In November last year, Salami warned the US Israel, and the U.K Iran would destroy them.
Salami said "solid slaps” will be forthcoming for any country that challenges the Islamic Republic.
Salami accused the U.S., Britain, Israel, and Saudi Arabia aiding unrest across the Middle East, warning the military might of Iran will not be tested.
The General spoke as state television carried live footage of protesters chanting “Death to America" and “Death to Israel” while marching toward Tehran’s Revolution Square.

If you cross our red line, we will destroy you,” he told the crowd.
“We will not leave any move unanswered.”
“We have shown restraint … we have shown patience towards the hostile moves of America, the Zionist regime (Israel) and Saudi Arabia against the Islamic Republic of Iran,” Salami added, the MEHR news agency reported.
“You tested us on the battlefield and received solid slaps, but you could not respond; The entire world has probably seen some of these slaps and while have not seen some of them," he added.
"You must wait and not cross our red lines because if you do, we will destroy you.”
