Hunter Biden Is Still On Board Of Chinese Equity Firm, Business Records Reveal
Joe Biden's Son's lawyer said he had resigned his seat

Despite Hunter Biden's announcement last month that he was stepping down from the board of a Chinese-backed private equity company, business records reveal he is still listed as a board member.
In October, Biden's lawyer said he had resigned his seat on the board of BHR Partners; but they did not provide any evidence of his departure.
As on November 1, Hunter Biden is still listed as an active director of BHR Partners in the firm’s file on China’s National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System.
According to BHR’s business records, the most recent change to the firm occurred on Sept. 18.
George Mesires, Hunter Biden’s lawyer, told the DCNF on Friday:
“Yes, Hunter has resigned from the board."

However, it could be possible that Chinese business records are not yet refecting r Biden’s resignation from the BHR board because of processing delay.
But despite The Daily Caller's repeated requests for a copy of his resignation letter to BHR, Mesires failed to provide any evidence of Hunter Biden’s departure.
Mesires issued a statement that Hunter Biden would resign from BHR’s board “on or by October 31, 2019.”
Biden pledged he wouldn’t work for any foreign-owned companies, serve on their boards, during a potential Biden administration.
The statement read last month:
“Hunter always understood that his father would be guided, entirely and unequivocally, by established U.S. policy, regardless of its effects on Hunter’s professional interests. He never anticipated the barrage of false charges against both him and his father by the President of the United States.”

Trump suggested China should look into the 2020 hopeful and his son's suspicious dealings in the country.
Foreign ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang said in a statement:
“China has long pursued the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries,” he said, The South China Morning Post reported.
Neon Nettle reported last month that Hunter Biden received over $700,000 from a company with ties to Bank of China.
Hunter Biden received the vast sum of money through several payments from a New York-based capital management company, which held a significant stake in a Chinese investment firm that has close ties to the Bank of China.
The latest bombshell was revealed in a report by Daily Caller News Foundation following a review of Hunter’s Chinese, Ukrainian, and American business dealings.
