Steve Bannon: Nancy Pelosi Will Impeach President Trump 'In The Next Six Weeks'
Former White House chief strategist makes prediction

Former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon has weighed in the Democrat-led impeachment efforts against President Donald Trump, saying he believes House Speaker Nancy Pelosi will impeach the president in the next month-and-a-half.
Bannon told the New York Post that Pelosi is “very focused” and will succeed in bringing impeachment charges against Trump over whistleblower allegations he pressured Ukrainian leader to investigate Joe Biden.
“This is serious. As sure as the turning of the earth, he is going to be impeached by Pelosi in the next six weeks,” Bannon said.
“Nancy Pelosi is very focused.”

Bannon warned Trump needs to form an impeachment squad in order to fend off the Democrat's efforts to remove him from office.
“You need to augment the legal team,” Bannon said.
“You need … a team put together than can focus on [impeachment] 24/7.”
But Bannon is still confident of Trump’s chances of beating a Democratic challenger in 2020.
However, the former strategist warned if former Vice President Joe Biden's campaign deflates by the end of the year, two more opponents could join the race that could prove more challenging to beat.
Bannon added if Biden ends up faltering “[Michael] Bloomberg and [Hillary] Clinton, both will … get into the race.”
“Nobody is on the stage,” he continued.

“The Cory Bookers and Kamala Harrises haven’t gotten enough traction to compete with Warren. The hedge fund investment banking corporatist community of the Democratic Party is not prepared to have them."
“Bloomberg or Clinton could be very competitive,” Bannon said.
“She is a very formidable candidate, and I think Bloomberg would be very formidable.”
Earlier this year, Bannon told CNN's Anderson Cooper that Hillary Clinton would be waiting in the "bullpen" as the Democratic challenger to the president.
Last week, Hillary Clinton called for a presidential election "rematch" between herself and President Donald Trump, declaring “obviously, I can beat him again.”
Bannon has previously predicted that 2019 would be the most "vitriolic year since the Civil War in politics."
He was over the mark.
