Michael Moore To Join AOC at Bernie Sanders Rally To Announce Endorsement
Liberal filmmaker to support socialist presidential candidate

Leftist filmmaker and activist Michael Moore announced he would be joining Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., at Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders' rally in NYC to declare their endorsement.
Moore posted on Twitter:
“I am joining Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez tomorrow to officially & publicly endorse a true hero of the people, Senator Bernie Sanders, as our next President of the United States!"
“I will speak tomorrow for him at his “Bernie Is Back!” rally at 1pm in Queensbridge Park in NYC. Join us!”

At the event, Ocasio-Cortez is also expected to endorse Sanders formally.
Earlier this week, AOC associate Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., also endorsed Sanders.
Sanders’ “Bernie is Back” rally in Queensbridge Park, will be the 2020 hopeful's first campaign rally since he came off the campaign trail after undergoing a medical procedure for heart attack.
Sanders was treated in hospital for an arterial blockage after he complained about chest pains at an event in Nevada earlier this month.
Moore has also endorsed Sanders for president, reminding people he asked Sanders when he was running for Congress in 1990.

We’re having a big ol’ NYC party tomorrow & everyone’s invited.
Thousands of people are RSVP’d. All are welcome.
(Not sure who you’re going to support yet? That’s great! Come on in, listen to people in the movement, & learn more about the future we’re fighting for.) https://t.co/GiKM3FFEz5

“I’ve been a supporter of his ever since, and he’s never given me reason to not continue that support,” Moore wrote at the time.
During Tuesday night’s debate in Ohio, Sanders addressed his recent health issues:
“I’m healthy. I’m feeling great," he told the audience.
"We are going to be mounting a vigorous campaign all over this country. That is how I think I can reassure the American people.”
Earlier this month, Moore unleashed an attack against President Donald Trump, describing Trump as a "sick individual" who "must be removed" from office.
In a series of frenzied outbursts, Michael Moore attacked Trump on Twitter, describing him as “dangerous” while inaccurately accusing the president of threatening to start a civil war.
Moore was referring to an earlier Trump tweet in which the president quoted Pastor Robert Jeffress.
Jeffress told Fox News that if Democrats are successful in impeaching Trump, it will cause a “Civil War-like fracture" from which the "country will never heal."
