Biden Responds to Trump's Calls to Probe His Family: 'You're Not Going to Destroy Me'
2020 hopeful breaks silence following Ukraine controversy

Presidential hopeful Joe Biden struck back at President Donald Trump during a speech declaring the president won’t “destroy” him.
Biden recently found himself in the center of controversy over his and his son, Hunter Biden's dealings with Ukraine.
On Tuesday, a photo from 2014 surfaced of Biden, while serving as vice president, playing golf with his son Hunter and his son's Ukrainian business partner, despite recent pleas of ignorance from the 2020 Democrat.
Biden said during a campaign stop in Reno, Nevada:
“Let me make clear to Mr. Trump and the hatchet men funding his campaign: I’m not going anywhere."
“You’re not going to destroy me, and you’re not going to destroy my family. I don’t care how much money you spend, Mr. President, or how dirty the attacks get.”
“Trump knows there are no truths in the charges against me-—none, zero. Every independent news organization that has reviewed the charges at length has found it to be a flat-out lie, his assertions, every single one of them.”

But Biden boasted last year he got a Ukrainian prosecutor ousted by threatening to withhold $1 billion in aid to the country.
At a Council on Foreign Relations event, Biden infamously said:
“They were walking out to a press conference. I said, nah, I’m not going to—or, we’re not going to give you the billion dollars. They said, you have no authority. You’re not the president. The president said—I said, call him. I said, I’m telling you, you’re not getting the billion dollars. I said, you’re not getting the billion."
“I’m going to be leaving here in; I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money."
"Well, son of a [expletive]. He got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time.”
Yea, #QuidProJoe had no idea what was going on and never discussed business with his son!🙄

The prosecutor Biden got removed, Viktor Shokin, claimed the then-president Petro Poroshenko repeatedly attempted to shut down Shokin’s probe into Burisma, an energy company.
According to details of that interview, Shokin says he was ordered to back off his investigation of a natural gas firm that Hunter Biden was a board member of.
A copy of Giuliani’s notes from his January 2019 interview with Shokin was obtained by Fox News and shows he claimed that his “investigations stopped out of fear of the United States.”
