Maxine Waters: 'Awful' Trump Was Jeffrey Epstein's 'Best Friend'
Democrat congresswoman also falsely accused Prince Edward of relationship with Epstein
Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) falsely claimed Tuesday that deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein was President Donald Trump's "best friend."
The California Democrat made the wild claims during a bizarre rant on MSNBC’s “All In.”
Waters also falsely accused Queen Elizabeth II's youngest son Prince Edward of having a relationship with alleged child sex trafficker Epstein, demanding that he is "called to respond" to the allegations along with Bill Clinton.

Convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein died in prison last month while awaiting trial for child sex trafficking charges.
While President Trump has openly admitted to knowing Epstein, there's no evidence to suggest any sort of "friendship," and as "All In" host Chris Hayes pointed out during the interview, it certainly hasn't been established that they were "best friends."
Since Epstein's death, however, investigators have been looking into the wealthy financier's co-conspirators.
The widely documented relationships drawing particular attention are with the Queen's middle son - Prince Andrew -, former President Bill Clinton - who reportedly flew on Epstein's private jet over two dozen times and allegedly visited his "Pedophile Island" - Epstein's alleged "pimp" Ghislaine Maxwell, and model agent Jean-Luc Brunel - who has reportedly "vanished without a trace."
Speaking to anti-Trump host Chris Hayes, Waters attempted to twist the narrative by suggesting her president had a deeper involvement with Epstein, saying:
“The fact of the matter is he has disrespected all of us.
"He has used this president for his own advantages and his family’s advantages.
"And he should have been impeached.
"That’s what should have happened.
"The American people are sick and tired of this president who has a reputation not only for being a con artist but who has disrespected women.
"Talked about grabbing women by their private parts.
"One of his best friends who supposedly committed suicide in prison was a pedophile, and he knew it because he even said he knew that he liked young girls.
"Who is this awful, terrible man?
"It’s the president of the United States.”
At this point, Hayes was forced to interject, saying, “I don’t know if it’s been established that he was a best friend with Mr. Epstein, just to be clear.”
Waters responded: “Oh, but he was, he was.
"He was one of his friends. And we’ve let him off the hook on that.
"We’re talking about Clinton and Prince Edward and everybody else.
"All of them need to be called to respond to this, including the president of the United States.
"Yes, that was his friend. Let him deny it.”
I guess everyone missed Maxine Waters appearing to call for an investigation of not only Trump's on his releationship with Jeffrey Epstein, but Bill Clinton's as well. Which sent Chris Hayes into somewhat of a panic mode. Cc: @jkbjournalist #PerversionofJustice pic.twitter.com/KUrICaenn5— KevinNoel (@KevinNoel) September 4, 2019
