University Psychiatrist: President Trump is 'as Destructive as Hitler and Stalin'
Former chairman of the Psychiatry Department compares Trump to dictators

The former chairman of the Psychiatry Department at Duke University told CNN that President Donald Trump is as bad as Hitler, Stalin, and Mao.
The Psychiatrist branded the president in same categories at the worst dictators in the 20th century, suggesting his presidency might lead to even more deaths than they did.
While debating the merits of having psychiatrists potential mental health diagnoses on the president, Dr. Allen Frances said it would be "insulting" to compare the mentally ill to Trump.
Frances, who is against psychiatrists violating the "Goldwater Rule," told CNN doing so will defame the mentally ill.

"Well, I think 'medicalizing' politics has three very dire consequences," he said.
"The first is that it stigmatizes the mentally ill. I’ve known thousands of patients, almost all of them are well-behaved, well-mannered, good people, he added."
"Trump is none of these. Lumping that is a terrible insult to the mentally ill, and they have enough problems and stigma as it is."
"Second, calling Trump crazy hides the fact that we’re crazy for having elected him and even crazier for allowing his crazy policies to persist," Frances went on.

"Trump is as destructive a person in this century as Hitler, Stalin, Mao in the last century. He may be responsible for many more million deaths than they were."
Last week, a CNN panel argued that "you don't need to be a mental health professional" to discuss President Donald Trump's health.
On Thursday, Ana Navarro, Jeffrey Toobin, and Ben Howe appeared on New Day discussing the president's declaration of himself as "the chosen one," after he declared his fight China in the continuing trade war.
As Trump reflected on his fight with China, he briefly looked up to the sky before announcing, “I am the chosen one," yesterday.
Navarro argued Trump could be a "raving mad narcissist with a messianic complex."
"You can save the tweets folks, telling me that I’m not a mental health professional and shouldn’t be talking about this because my 4 lbs micro poodle Cha-cha can look at this and say it is insane."
