Bizzare: Bette Midler Declares She Is A 2020 ‘Write-In Candidate’
Liberal actress suggests she not happy with Dem line up

Liberal anti-Trump actress Bette Midler declared herself as a 2020 “write-in candidate,” which may suggest she thinks the current Democratic line up is not strong enough to take on President Trump.
Midler wrote in her Twitter bio: “Write-in candidate 2020! #BeBette.”
Write-in candidates usually happen when a voter chooses to vote for someone who is not a listed or eligible candidate int he race.
Many reported voting for write-in candidates during the 2016 presidential election to express opposition of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.

But Midler’s announcement seems somewhat strange as she is known as a fierce anti-Trump activist, which means those writing her in as a candidate will be indirectly helping Trump win 2020.
The leftist actor is known as Hollywood’s loudest anti-Trump voices.
Last month she accused Trump of paying African-American supporters to attend his recent rally.
Midler tweeted an image of the Trump rally:
"Look, there are African American men in this shot! How much did he pay them to be ‘blackground?’"

Midler's comments ignited instant backlash from her 1.7 million followers, with many saying her tweet was racist.
In June, Middler unleashed her tirade against Trump on Twitter after sharing a debunked Donald Trump quote, then suggesting the president should be stabbed.
The Debunked quote read:
“If I were to run, I’d run as a Republican. They’re the dumbest group of voters in the country. They believe anything on Fox News. I could lie, and they’d still eat it up. I bet my numbers would be terrific."
She then tweeted:
“He actually looks better here! Maybe someone in his camp can gently give him a shiv. I mean, shove"
Many Twitter users claimed the liberal actor essentially called violence against the President of the United States.
But she later deleted the tweet.
