Cenekee was fired in 2018 after Google accused him of misuse of the company’s equipment, inclduing its software system for remote access.
But Cernekee, who describes himself as a whistleblower, argues he was fired for his conservative views.
Cernekee said after he is posted to the tech giant’s internal message boards in 2015 irritated some of his colleagues, he later received an official warning from Google’s human resources, according to the Wall Street Journal.
His conduct was deemed disrespectful and insubordinate.”
Around that time, a Google senior manager wrote on the message boards that he added Cernekee to a “written blacklist," according to the Journal.
Cernekee spent the following years fighting Google over alleged violations and arguing that conservative employees were unfairly treated.

"I do believe so. I think that’s a major threat. They have openly stated that they think 2016 was a mistake. They thought Trump should have lost in 2016."
Cernekee described Google as "highly ideological" and "plagued with bias."
He also claimed that employees ar Google dragged their feet to correct a search bug affecting President Trump.
"If you do a Google search for 'Crippled America,' which is Donald Trump’s book, you would get results that would show 'Mein Kampf' instead," Cernekee said, referring to the book by Adolf Hitler.
