Republican Who Exposed Baltimore Conditions Now Under Attack from Leftists
Kimberly Klacik exposed Elijah Cummings' congressional district
Republican strategist, political commentator and activist Kimberly Klacik is facing a massive backlash from leftists after she exposed the full magnitude of the conditions of Elijah Cummings' congressional district in Baltimore.
The video shared by Klacik in the segments on Fox News, portraying Cummings district as far ore unlivable and objectionable than those at border detention facilities.
Even though Klacik is based in Baltimore, not to mention she is a black woman, the 'woke' left is blindly attacking her without looking at the facts.
Instead of being applauded for exposing a genuine problem, Klacik now faces attacks from the media, hackers, and everyday trolls, which she explained don Twitter.
She wrote on Sunday afternoon that there appeared to be an effort to publish a "hit piece" about her, meant to harm her or her reputation.
"I've received countless emails, calls & text claiming my "hit piece" is on the way," wrote Klacik, referring to the oncoming attack.
You only need to do a Twitter search to find out what the trolls are saying about Klacik.
So I am receiving calls that reporters are working on a hit piece on me. It is truly disappointing. Residents asked if I could help get the trash removed. I filmed it, posted it. You would think people would be upset that their brothers & sisters are living in those conditions.— Kimberly Klacik (@kimKBaltimore) July 27, 2019
Someone is trying hard to hack my social media accounts. If you don't think I would say it, or post it, there is a 100% chance I did not. pic.twitter.com/AoY2rN5LWr— Kimberly Klacik (@kimKBaltimore) July 28, 2019
Dear Hackers,— Kimberly Klacik (@kimKBaltimore) July 28, 2019
If you decide to photoshop a tweet/DM/photo of me, 3 things...
1) If you pretend I dislike Trump, make the tweet good, like use emojis 😎😈🤖
2) If you pretend I have a secret boyfriend, that's tough my husband is hot 😂
3) If it is a fake nude, enlarge my butt 😎
Stressful 24 hours. I've received countless emails, calls & text claiming my "hit piece" is on the way. If this is the Left's attempt to silence me, it only makes me want to fight harder for what is right. Intimidating a black woman just for speaking out? Actual racism.— Kimberly Klacik (@kimKBaltimore) July 28, 2019
Back to work...— Kimberly Klacik (@kimKBaltimore) July 28, 2019
As you can see, West Baltimore residents care about their homes. Residents constantly call the city to report illegal dumping, cries fall on deaf ears. Many point out this would never happen at the Baltimore Inner Harbor. I agree. pic.twitter.com/7ldN5jkajy
So she is now facing a slew of attacks for her segment on Fox News, which was the impetus for Trump's Twitter rant about Elijah Cummings.
Like a proper journalist, Klacik reported in a real situation, without filtering it.
Trump made the direct statements describing the current state of Baltimore on Saturday as he accused Cummings of failing to represent his district well.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi along with other angry Democrats, responded to the president's remarks by accusing him of 'racism' and attacking minority members of Congress.
"If racist Elijah Cummings would focus more of his energy on helping the good people of his district, and Baltimore itself, perhaps progress could be made in fixing the mess that he has helped to create over many years of incompetent leadership. His radical 'oversight' is a joke!" Trump tweeted.
