The billionaire investor reportedly told his audience about three questions he would like to ask Google.

PayPal's co-founder Peter Thiel has said that Google could be infested with Beijing’s agents, and called for the FBI and CIA to keep a close watch on the search giant, according to reports.

Speaking at the National Conservatism Conference, a closed-door event focusing on 'Trump-era nationalism,' Thiel launched his attack on the tech company.

The billionaire investor reportedly told his audience about three questions he would like to ask Google.

The first question Theil wanted to know was “how many foreign intelligence agencies have infiltrated your Manhattan Project for [artificial intelligence].”

He then pondered if Google’s senior management “consider itself to have been thoroughly infiltrated by Chinese intelligence.”

Thiel is a vocal supporter of President Donald Trump, suggested that it could explain why the company chose to make “the seemingly treasonous decision” to help the Chinese, not the US, military.

Both the FBI and the CIA should ask Google these questions.

Thiel who helped finance Facebook in the early stages is not alone in his views on Google's alleged contribution to Chinese military hi-tech.

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Marine General Joseph Dunford warned that search giant Google is closely working with China and 'indirectly benefiting the Chinese military' as a result.

Dunford slammed the search giant during Senate Armed Services Committee hearing last month.

"We watch with great concern when industry partners work in China knowing that there is that indirect benefit," he said.

"Frankly, "indirect" maybe not a full characterization of the way it really is, it is more of a direct benefit to the Chinese military."

In March this year, Trump warned that Google was helping the Chinese military as the US tech firm continues to work on business projects in China.

The president also accused Google of helping Hillary Clinton in the 2016 elections before trolling the tech firm by asking how it turned out.

"Google is helping China and their military, but not the U.S. Terrible! The good news is that they helped Crooked Hillary Clinton, and not Trump…." Trump tweeted.

But Google denied it was working with China at the time, saying that it is “not working with the Chinese military,” but instead teaming up “with the US government, including the Department of Defense, in many areas including cybersecurity, recruiting and healthcare.”

Google did, however, opt to discontinue cooperation on an AI contract called Project Maven, which saw employees staging a revolt against their technology being used in warfare.

The tech giant also decided not to compete for the Pentagon’s JEDI cloud computing project, citing ethical reasons.

Thiel's warning comes amid Trump's continuing trade war with China.

The company has already moved some of its server hardware and Nest thermostats production out of China to avoid Donald Trump's looming tariffs and an increasingly hostile Chinese government, according to Bloomberg.

Google already dodged a 25% tariff when it recently shifted ts production of U.S.-bound motherboards to Taiwan.
