Trump's 'Salute to America' on Fox News Doubles CNN, MSNBC Viewers Combined
CNN's coverage of the celebration saw just under 1.5 million viewers

Fox News' coverage of President Donald Trump 's "Salute to America" speech more than doubled the viewing figures of CNN and MSNBC combined, according to reports.
The President's address to the nation was watched by 4.65 million people on Fox News, with just under 800,000 in the key 25-54 age demographic, Nielsen Media Research reported.
CNN's coverage of the celebration saw just under 1.5 million viewers with 353,000 in the key demographic, despite them not airing all of Trump's speech.
CNN called the speech"rudimentary" and "basic" and suggested it could have been from Wikipedia or Schoolhouse Rock.

MSNBC refused to air President Trump’s “Salute to America” live event.
MSNBC had an audience of 374,000 people while they opted to rebroadcast the first Democratic presidential debate instead of Trump's address.

The network saw a dramatic drop in ratings on Monday night following Attorney General William Barr's summary of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s findings, the Daily Beast reported.
“[Rachel] Maddow, who has consistently vied for the first or second top-rated cable news program, was sixth on Monday evening, down almost 500,000 total viewers from the previous Monday, as was MSNBC’s second top-rated program in primetime, ‘The Last Word With Lawrence O’Donnell,’” the outlet reported.
Liberal Hollywood unsurprisingly freaked out over Trump's address, with some saying it was out of the president's "Nazi playbook.”
Actors and the liberal media have slammed Trump's massive event in Washington as a waste of taxpayers money.
Left-wing director Rob Reiner said:
“In the face of a humanitarian crisis, that this malignant narcissist would steal taxpayer dollars to stage a partisan display of Autocracy to massage his damaged psyche is nothing short of sociopathic."
