White House: Trump And North Korea Agree Joe Biden Has ‘Low IQ’
White House press secretary weighs on on 2020 candidate
“I think they agree in their assessment of former Vice President Joe Biden,” Sanders said on NBC’s “Meet The Press.”
“Again, the president’s focus in this process is the relationship he has and making sure we continue on the path towards denuclearization.”
Sanders was questioned over why Trump would side with a dictator over an opinion of American presidential candidate.
“The president doesn’t need somebody else to give him an assessment of Joe Biden. He’s given his own assessment a number of times,” she said.
Sanders then went on to criticize the Obama administration’s handling of North Korea.
”I think if anybody needs help with an assessment, it’s Joe Biden and whether or not he should be trying to get an upgrade when he failed to do the job in the number two slot,” she said.
Trump tweeted while on a four-day visit with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, regarding a recent missile launch by North Korea that included a slap at Biden.
North Korea fired off some small weapons, which disturbed some of my people, and others, but not me. I have confidence that Chairman Kim will keep his promise to me, & also smiled when he called Swampman Joe Biden a low IQ individual, & worse. Perhaps that’s sending me a signal?— Donald J. But Biden’s communications director, Kate Bedingfield, responded to Trump's tweet:
”Yes, it is sending you a signal,” she wrote.
