Illegal Alien Charged With Murdering 5 Americans Found Dead in Prison
Pablo Serrano-Vitorino embarked on a horrific murder spree across Kansas and Missouri

An illegal alien who was previously deported before being charged with the murder of five Americans in 2016 has been found dead in his prison cell, according to Missouri officials.
40-year-old Pablo Serrano-Vitorino, an illegal alien from Mexico, was charged with murdering five American men in March 2016.
According to prosecutors, Serrano-Vitorino had embarked on a horrific murder spree across Kansas and Missouri, shooting and killing five men in total.

Those victims included:
- 41-year-old Michael Capps
- 29-year-old Austin Harter
- 27-year-old Clint Harter
- 36-year-old Jeremy Waters
A lawsuit had previously been filed against the federal government by The Angel Families who claimed authorities has mistakenly released Serrano-Vitorino back into American society even though he had already been deported.
Missouri officials announced this week that Serrano-Vitorino had been discovered dead in his jail cell.

He was awaiting a murder trial killings and was facing the death penalty.
Following his arrest, the illegal alien attempted suicide but was revived and taken to a nearby hospital.
State officials are now investigating Serrano-Vitorino’s death.
