Merkel's Open Borders Have Let Thousands of War Criminals Flood Into Germany
Report reveals ISIS fighters posing as asylum seekers are slipping through the net

Thousands of war criminals and dangerous terrorists have flooded into Germany due to German Chancellor Angela Merkel's open border policies, a damning new report has revealed.
The probe found that between 2014 and 2019, around 5000 migrants, who were under investigation for violating international law, have entered Germany posing as asylum seekers.
According to a report by German tabloid Bild, authorities in Germany were aware of the situation but only investigated a handful of them themselves.
The newspaper states that the government was tipped off to around 5,000 migrants, believed to have been involved in war crimes or other crimes against humanity, by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF).

The libertarian Free Democratic Party (FDP) requested data from the German Interior Ministry which showed that only 129 migrants were actually investigated by the government, despite a large number of reports.
In response to the revelations found in the shocking data, FDP politician Linda Teuteberg said in a statement:
“War criminals must not get protection in Germany.
"I have doubts as to whether the Federal Government has always pursued this with the necessary seriousness in recent years.”
German Interior Ministry Horst Seehofer claims the cases were not ignored but rather the reports had been noted and were awaiting further investigation in the future and possible prosecution.
Italy’s #populist leader, #MatteoSalvini, has recently continued his hardline approach to unwanted #migrants in his country by deporting over 1,500 from a refugee camp in Reggio before bulldozing the site.

Since the peak of the migrant crisis in 2015, concerns have been mounting over the possibility of terrorists and criminals using the crisis as an easy passage into Europe.
Several reports are claiming that deadly groups such as the Islamic State are purposely using the crisis to smuggle their fighters into European countries with several arrests of ISIS fighters being made in Germany and other nations.
War criminals have also been found traveling among migrants, posing as asylum seekers, and several have faced trial in various European countries.
Since 2014, the government has seen a surge in reports of war criminals in Sweden.
The Swedish Migration Board received 14 reports of war criminals in 2014 but claims it had risen to 79 in 2017.
