AOC Praises Anti-Semitic Omar: ‘One of the Most Effective Voices Right Now'
The congresswoman then called for people to 'question the narratives' on the situation.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez has praised 'Anti Semitic' Ilhan Omar referring to her as 'one of the most effective voices right now,' despite her recent 'anti-Jewish' tirade.
Omar, who recently celebrated the passage of the Democrat'S resolution condemning 'all hate' last week, tweeted an article about an alleged attack on an aid convoy being sent to Venezuela, stating that Donald Trump 'cannot be trusted to tell the truth.'
The congresswoman then called for people to 'question the narratives' on the situation.
Ocasio-Cortez jumped to her support by sharing her Tweet before adding that congresswoman, from Minnesota, was 'cutting through the authoritarian foreign policy tendencies of this administration.'

Ocasio-Cortez praised Omar despite the recent controversy surrounded her remarks on Israel.
Omar came under fire after suggesting some politicians in Washington are "pushing for allegiance" to Israel.
The congresswoman said 'the political influence in this country that says it is okay to push for allegiance to a foreign country' at an event in Washington.
The Muslim lawmaker argued that supporting Israel was not a pre-requisite for serving in Congress.
Omar drew more criticism from both Republicans and Democrats when she claimed that Israel's relationship with the US was 'all about the Benjamins'.
But she later apologized for the comment.
Ocasio-Cortez said it should be acceptable for Omar to question foreign policy in the U.S.
Rep. Omar, a survivor of war, is one of the most effective voices right now at cutting through the authoritarian foreign policy tendencies of this administration.

She nails it here. You can see why she gets targeted ⬇️ https://t.co/t6yU8tGgmy
Trump and Elliott Abrams cannot be trusted to tell the truth about what's happening in Venezuela.

We must continue to question the narratives they provide and promote dialogue instead of intervention.https://t.co/GtODGCjl6A

"I remember a time when it was "unacceptable" to question the Iraq War. All of Congress was wrong, including both GOP & Dem Party and led my generation into a disastrous + wrong war that virtually all would come to regret, except for the one member who stood up: Barbara Lee," Ocasio-Cortez said.
The congresswoman added: 'Afghanistan War* my apologies (But honestly we shouldn't have been in either, and we should end the AUMF now while we're at it).'
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi last week said that she didn't believe Rep. Ilhan Omar's tweets were "intentionally anti-Semitic."
Pelosi has since been desperately struggling to limit the political ramifications of Omar's words.
Anti-Defamation League (ADL) has now called on the Democrats to take action.
Last month, Omar was forced to apologize after suggesting that pro-Israel members of Congress were funded by organizations like the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).
Following the anti-Jewish remarks from the Democrat, Presdient Donald Trump called for Omar to resign.
