Sex Change Clinic Chief Resigns Over Push to 'Fast-Track' Transgender Children
NHS trust boss bowed to pressure from 'politicized' LGBT groups to speed up process

The boss of the British NHS trust in charge of the UK's child sex change clinic has resigned amid pressure from accusations he was “fast-tracking” transgender children into sex changes programmes, according to reports.
The clinic was reportedly under pressure from “highly politicized” LGBT campaigners to 'speed up' their process of gender reassignment for children.
Marcus Evans broke off his long association with the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust after it dismissed an internal report t marking its Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS) “not fit for purpose.”
“Adolescence and childhood is a time when people are developing socially and biologically — a time when young people are identifying with different groups, and with male and female aspects of themselves,” Mr. Evans told the BBC.

“There is pressure from the child who is in a distressed state, there is pressure from the family and the peer group and the pro-trans lobbies — and all of this puts pressure on the clinician who may want to help the individual to resolve their distressed state by going along with a quick solution."
“There is a lot at stake here as these decisions have far-reaching consequences,” the consultant psychotherapist warned.
He previously told the Sunday Times that GIDS was attempting to “dismiss or undermine” concerns raised by its medical staff, according to a leaked review.
The report came from Dr. David Bell, who warned that children were at risk of “long-term damage” because of the NHS clinic’s “inability to stand up to pressure” from LGBT and transgender activist groups such as Mermaids UK.
The group was criticized for false claims that were delaying sex change treatments cause youths to commit suicide.

Dr. Bell added that clinicians felt children were being forced onto life-changing drug without adequate assessment
He noted that some youths saw gender reassignment as a “solution” to “multiple problems such as historic child abuse in the family, bereavement… homophobia and a very significant incidence of autism spectrum disorder.”
Following the review into the consultant psychiatrist’s findings by Tavistock and Portman’s medical director, Dinesh Sinha insisted the clinic was “safe and operating in line with the best care in this field internationally.”
The NHS trust then released a statement denouncing claims in the leaked report as “unsubstantiated,” and said Dr. Bell had “no expertise in this field.”
An increasing number of parents are changing their 'Transgender' children's names legally by Deed Poll, according to reports.
As more and more children are claiming to be transgender, cases, where names are legally changed have soared.
At least one under-16 is having his title changed from “Master” to “Miss” or vice versa every single say the UK Deed Poll Service discovered, according to the Sunday Times.
Last Month, Britain's first two-generational transgender family revealed that their five-year-old son was transitioning into a girl.
