Former US Vice President is new Democratic Presidential hopeful

Former US Vice President Joe Biden has topped the polls following a survey of Democratic presidential candidates for the 2020 election, scoring a favorability rating of 53 percent and 84 percent rating amongst Democratic voters.
The poll, released by the Quinnipiac University on Wednesday, also topped President Donald Trump's negative 40-56 percent favorability rating.
Failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton scored the most massive unfavorable score, with a negative 32 — 61 percent favorability, according to the release.
"American voters give former Vice President Joseph Biden a 53-33 percent favorability rating, topping President Donald Trump's negative 40-56 percent favorability rating and besting a list of possible 2020 Democratic presidential contenders," a summary of the polls press release said.

"Biden gets an 84-7 percent favorability rating among Democrats and a 60-21 percent rating among voters 18 to 34 years old."
US Senator Bernie Sanders registered an almost split 44-42 favorability rating, while 55 percent of those polled admitted they didn't know enough about a fourth candidate to form an opinion, Congressman Beto O'Rourke, the release added.
"For Democrats gearing up for 2020, it's Biden and Bernie, with Beto looking for a foothold and Hillary wondering if the train has finally left the station," Quinnipiac Assistant Polling Director Tim Malloy stated.

More good numbers for Joe Biden, more dismal numbers for Warren (Who imo still look the most likely Dem candidate in 2020, as I will be surprised if Biden runs)

O’Rourke is touted by the media as the new face in Democratic politic and a potential Democratic candidate, even though he lost a bid to unseat Texas Senator Ted Cruz in November.
Biden recently boasted he was the 'most qualified' person in the country to be President in one of the most obvious hints of a 2020 presidential run yet.
Speaking at as top on his book tour, Biden, 76, said he would be the best candidate for going up against President Donald Trump.
'I'll be as straight with you as I can. I think I'm the most qualified person in the country to be president,' Biden told a crowd while promoting his book.
'The issues that we face as a country today are the issues that have been in my wheelhouse, that I've worked on my whole life,' he said, according to the Hill.
