The FBI and the Justice Department failed to meet a deadline to present information regarding the government's mysterious raid on a Clinton whistleblower home last month.

Dennis Nathan Cain, who provided documents relating to the Clintons and Uranium One, had his home raided on November 19 by sixteen FBI agents.

The documents Cain was holding could expose the crimes of Hillary Clinton and her foundation.

The documents purportedly revealed that federal officials failed to investigate potential criminal activity related to Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Russian nuclear company, Rosatom.

Its subsidiary company acquired Canadian mining company Uranium One back in 2013.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa penned a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Justice Department IG General Michael Horowitz, demanding information that would justify the raid.

Wray and Horowitz were given until Dec. 12 to respond to Grassley's request.

"We have not yet received answers to the chairman's questions on this matter," a Judiciary Committee spokesperson told Fox News.

The FBI has repeatedly refused answer requests for comment on the whistleblower raid along with demands by the Judiciary Committee.

Cain then asked of “we now live in a secret police state,” before taking his anger to Twitter.

“So I blow the whistle on the FBI, get raided by the same FBI, and now they want to keep the FBI’s reasons secret? Do we now live in a secret police state? Feels a little like 1984,” Cain tweeted.

The Tweet was then mysteriously deleted.

When as a request was made by The Daily Caller for the court to unseal the appropriate search warrant materials, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland, said: “the request should be denied.”

“Public disclosure of any search warrant materials would seriously jeopardize the integrity of the ongoing investigation,” the filing by the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.

“Continued sealing is essential to guard against possible tampering of witnesses and destruction of evidence, to maintain the ability of the grand jury to investigate this matter, and to prevent the disclosure of sensitive investigative techniques and methods.”

Cain's lawyer, Michael Socarras told The Daily Caller that the agent that orchestrated the raid accused his client of possessing stolen federal property.

Cain responded by insisting he was protected whistleblower under federal law, and Horowitz recognized this.

Socarras also claimed Horowitz had sent information on the sale of Uranium One to a Russian firm’s subsidiary to both Senate intelligence committees and the house.

The 37 pages of new documents linked to the controversial deal are now being refused release by the Bureau.

A spokesperson for the inspector general refused to comment.

“As frustrating and violating as this feels to my family and me. I will continue to put my trust in God. Someday this life will pass away. I will stand before my maker with a clean concience[sic] and Jesus as my defender. Until then I continue to fight the good fight with God’s help,” Cain tweeted Monday night.

On Tuesday, he added:

“Thank you for the outpouring of encouragement. You all are awesome. A boxer goes into his corner to rest for a minute, refocus, and get some sideline coaching. Then the bell rings, and he’s ready to go another round. This fight is spiritual, and God is in our corner. Ding! Rom 8:31.”

“The contract called for four payments of $750,000 over 12 months,” Campbell said in his statement this past February.

“APCO was expected to assist free of charge to the Clinton Global Initiative as part of their effort to create a favorable environment to ensure the Obama administration made affirmative decisions on everything from Uranium One to the US-Russia Civilian Nuclear Cooperation agreement.”

What's going n with the FBI?

The FBI seems to be still under the sway of the Clintons, perhaps because of the sheer scale of corruption that implicates so many high profile government figures.

Only recently, James Comey has confessed during an interview that he personally made the decision to send a pair of federal agents to Question President Trump’s national security adviser in 2017.

The then-head of the Federal Bureau of Investigation acknowledges that he broke protocol by not going through the correct channels via the White House counsel.

Rather flippantly, Comey claims when making his decision he thought he would "just send a couple of guys over" to interview Flynn.

The wheels of justice turn slowly.
