President Donald Trump has mocked French President Emmanuel Macron in Tweet highlighting that the "yellow vest" protesters agree with him on the 'flawed' Paris Climate agreement.

As riots protesting the fuel tax rocks Paris, the French President's approval ratings are at an all-time low amongst voters.

Trump gloated on Twitter he was "glad that my friend @EmmanuelMacron and the protestors in Paris have agreed with the conclusion I reached two years ago. The Paris Agreement is fatally flawed because it raises the price of energy for responsible countries while whitewashing some of the worst polluters."

Trump withdrew the United States from the Paris Accord in 2017, claiming the terms benefited China's economy at the expense of the US.

Trump added that US taxpayers "shouldn't pay to clean up other countries' pollution."

"...in the world. I want clean air and clean water and have been making great strides in improving America’s environment. But American taxpayers - and American workers - shouldn’t pay to clean up others countries’ pollution."

As Macron's administration is sent reeling from the French fuel priests, the government was forced to suspend the planned tax hikes.

Trump has a strong point

The protesters have denounced Macron utilizing a climate change solution that places the burden of emissions reduction on ordinary working people - and not enough on corporations - and the wealthy shareholders responsible for pollution.

The end of Macron?

The Ifop-Fiducial survey, which was conducted out for Paris Match and Sud Radio, found the globalist 'golden boy' saw a massive slump by 6 points last month.

Then plummeting to its lowest ever level of 23 percent in December.

There are almost eight in ten voters displeased with the president, which has ultimately seen his approval ratings fall dramatically since he took office in May 2017.
