David Hogg Confirms Run for Office, Touts Ocasio-Cortez for President
Liberal activist announces plans for Congressional run during interview
When he's not campaigning to strip American citizens of their constitutional rights, liberal activist David Hogg is apparently plotting his future in politics.
During a recent interview, gun-grabber Hogg announced he will run for office when he turns 25, following in the footsteps of the young socialist Democratic candidate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
In the NYMag interview, Hogg told writer Lisa Miller that he is touting Ocasio-Cortez for president before announcing that he plans to "run for Congress when he’s 25."
"I think I’ve come to that conclusion," Hogg said in the profanity-laced puff piece, adding:
"I want to be at least part of the change in Congress."
The leftist protestor also went on the offensive by attacking Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama, and Bernie Sanders.
Daily Wire reports: Hogg said his goals are to go to college next year and "read a sh*tload of books" before working on a presidential campaign in 2020.
Hogg bashed multiple Democrats in the interview, including "old" Nancy Pelosi, "terrible on guns" Bernie Sanders, and Barack Obama — who he says "increased drone warfare and killed a lot of civilians."
Miller noted that Hogg, who she describes as a "spokesman" for "radicalized" young Americans, "frequently uses the word narcissistic in reference to himself."
Miller's piece compares Hogg to "the Greatest Generation," despite the fact that he repeatedly mocks older generations, like his "old-ass parent[s]."
In a past interview, he claimed his parents were too stupid to "send an iMessage" so they had to give him "the f***ing phone."
I remember, it was before your generation started shooting up the schools David, even though we still had guns. Thank you for confirming..again...that it’s not the gun, it’s person, and in particular you & your peers millennial culture. @davidhogg111 #whenhoggsaysstupidshit #2A pic.twitter.com/NPf8Qsoqtt— Kris Paronto (@KrisParonto) May 27, 2018
As for socialist Ocasio-Cortez, Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez recently designated her as "the future of the Democratic party."
Republicans are so excited to have her be the face of the Democratic party that they have already created a campaign ad to celebrate her political future (see video above and try not to squirm).
