Hip Hop star Kanye West has continued his support of President Donald Trump on Wednesday by slamming former President Obama for failing to bring positive changes to his native Chicago during his 8 years in office.

“Obama was in office for eight years and nothing in Chicago changed,” West said on Twitter.

West adds to a long line of black rappers who have criticized Barack Obama for failing to bring positive change to black communities.

Other Obama critics include Killer Mike, Lupe Fiasco, and P. Diddy.

Last week Kanye expresses support for a black activist and opposition to the Black Lives Matter movement, Candace Owens.

The Rapper Tweeted support for Candace Owens, a well-known critic of the George Soros funded black lives matter movement.

Owens is the communications director of the Trump administration, also a known for driving right-wing messages to young blacks across America.

West Tweeted what he believes the globalists are doing to make black people in stay with the "victimhood" mentality.

In one Tweet he called “self-victimization” a “disease” in the black community and that slavery no longer exists in America.

West also vented his frustration on how the "thought police" were trying to suppress him for his beliefs.

Breitbart reports: On Wednesday, West described President Trump as his “brother,” announced a potential meeting with Silicon Valley Trump-supporter Peter Thiel, and posted a photograph of himself wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat, signed by President Trump.

“You don’t have to agree with trump but the mob can’t make me not love him. We are both dragon energy.

He is my brother. I love everyone.

I don’t agree with everything anyone does. That’s what makes us individuals. And we have the right to independent thought,” West tweeted.

You don't have to agree with trump but the mob can't make me not love him. We are both dragon energy.

President Trump responded to West’s praise, declaring, “Thank you Kanye, very cool!”
