Newt Gingrich: ‘Every Week That Goes By, Trump’s Presidency Looks Better’
'Biden doesn’t just fall off his bicycle — he takes the country with him'

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich weighed in on the Democrats questioning if President Joe Biden should run again in 2024, asserting a Donald Trump presidency "looks better" each day.
During Monday’s broadcast of FNC’s “Fox & Friends,” Gingrich said, “every week that goes by, Donald Trump’s presidency looks better.”
His remarks come amid Trump's looming decision if he will run in 20224.
Gingrich pointed to the record-high inflation, the border crisis, and gas prices, saying people preferred Trump’s policies.
“[E]very week that goes by, Donald Trump’s presidency looks better,” Gingrich advised.

“Look at his inflation rate, look at the price of gasoline when Trump was president," Gingrich said.
"You know, people find his personality too aggressive and, at times, too annoying, but his policies certainly had turned America around.
"And in Biden’s case, he doesn’t just fall off his bicycle — he takes the country with him.
"And you look at Biden’s inflation record, which as president is going to be worse than Jimmy Carter," he added.
"You look at Biden’s open-door policy at the southern border. You look at Biden’s allies releasing murderers.”

“There’s a lot of reasons why the country on policy grounds would favor Trump over Biden, and the latest poll, I think, was like six or eight points,” Gingrich added.
The news comes after Hillary Clinton called it quits on her presidential ambitions and declared that she will not run again in 2024.
As Neon Nettle reported, Hillary quashed speculation that she would run, even if it means a rematch between herself and President Donald Trump.
Earlier this year, the declining popularity of Democrat Joe Biden prompted rumors from Democratic Party figures who hoped Clinton might emerge to run instead of Biden in 2024.
"No, out of the question,” she said when asked about a 2024 campaign.
Biden, who has never offered a definitive statement about his 2024 plans, is currently 79.
