Transgender Pedophile Charged with Murder after Slap on Wrist from Soros' Prosecutor
Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón gave Hannah Tubbs a light sentence

Hannah Tubbs, the "transgender" pedophile who got a slap on the wrist for child rape from a George Soros-owned prosecutor, has now been charged with murder.
Tubbs was convicted of child sex abuse for raping a 10-year-old girl in a Palmdale, California, Denny’s restaurant restroom in 2014.
However, Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón stoked widespread anger in the case by giving Tubbs a light sentence for the horrific crime.
Despite admitting to raping the child, 26-year-old Tubbs, who started "identifying" as a "woman" after his arrest, was sentenced to just two years in a juvenile facility.
On Tuesday, Tubbs was charged with murder.
Tubbs pleaded not guilty to the unrelated, April 21, 2019, murder of Michael Clark, whose body was found months later in the Kern River.

Kern County Superior Court Judge David Zulfa refused to bow down to the "woke" mindset of Soros-funded Gascón, however.
Judge Zulfa referred to the defendant by his birth name, James Edward Tubbs, and ordered him held on a $1 million bond in an adult men’s jail in Kern County.

Tubbs became the center of controversy earlier this year after pleading guilty to raping the young child.
Prosecutors said Tubbs grabbed the 10-year-old girl by the throat, locked her in a stall, and put his hand down the girl’s pants.
When authorities arrested Tubbs roughly eight years after the crime, the suspect, began "identifying" as a "woman," according to prosecutors.
Tubbs was sentenced to two years in a juvenile facility but could be released as early as June, prosecutors revealed.

Gascón's office declined to move the child molestation case to adult court as part of his directive that minor offenders be tried in juvenile court, even for serious crimes.
The original prosecutor on the case, Shea Sanna, was also removed.
He has since become one of his boss's more ardent critics.
Tubbs will not be required to register as a sex offender.
After the conviction, Tubbs was later caught on a jailhouse phone call bragging about the light sentence for child rape, prompting Gascón to re-evaluate his policies on how "minors" are prosecuted.
Tubbs is due back in court on May 20.
