Tulsi Gabbard: 'Biden Is Just a Front Man' for Obama's 'Dictatorship'

Former Democrat Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) has warned that Joe Biden "is just a front man" for former President Barack Obama's "dictatorship."
Gabbard claimed Sunday that Biden was doing the bidding of his old boss Obama, who she says is still calling the shots.
According to the Hawaii politician, Biden went ahead with plans for a Disinformation Governance Board under the orders of Obama.
Gabbard argued in a tweet that the Biden administration had announced plans for the "Ministry of Truth" board just days after Obama had called for more censorship and moderation of "disinformation" online.
"Biden is just a front man,” the former Democratic presidential candidate explained.
"Obama, April 21: social media censors ‘don’t go far enough,’ so the government needs to step in to do the job."

Gabbard has been critical of the board since its roll-out was announced, joining a number of others in repeatedly referring to it as the Ministry of Truth — a reference to George Orwell’s dystopian novel “1984.”
"Every dictatorship has a propaganda arm—a ‘Ministry of Truth’," Gabbard tweeted, sharing a video of her comments from an appearance on Fox News's “Hannity.”

“The reason why you see this in dictatorships is because they’re afraid of us,” Gabbard told host Sean Hannity, meaning that the government feared the will and voices of the people.
“They’re afraid of the people, they’re afraid that we might actually think for ourselves.”
Gabbard went on to warn that the board would “work through the mainstream media” to spread whatever the chosen narrative was — and that it would do so at taxpayer expense, trying to “drown out anyone with alternate views.”
She also argued that the board would “silence dissenting voices through intimidation.”
"This is something they have already been doing, that’s happening right now.
"The only difference is they’re formalizing it, making it official — which, if there’s a silver lining in this, it is they’re revealing exactly who they are.”

Gabbard went on to explain that because the Biden administration had shown its hand in such a public fashion, the American people had the information they needed to stand up and fight back.
"We’re not going to let you get away with this crap,” she said.
"We will take a stand, we will reject it, and we will throw out of office those who are continuing to push and propagate this undemocratic, anti-free speech mission.”
"The hysterical reaction by those in power & their MSM mouthpieces to all Americans being allowed to exercise our free speech exposes their tyrannical tendencies, as does their creation of a ‘Ministry of Truth’,” she added in a later tweet.
"All freedom-loving Americans—Dem/Rep/Ind—need to reject such tyrants."
