Ottawa Protestors Kneel In Prayer as Police Advance on Demonstration
Ottawa protestors 'ask for strength' as police move in

Protestors in Ottawa knelt in prayer asking for strength in the face of advancing police amid the ongoing freedom convoy demonstrations.
The protesters did their part in holding the line as the rest of "the world was gratefully watching," as one witness described it.

The news comes amid reports of windows smashed in trucks as the protesters inside them were arrested.

Meanwhile, a woman with a mobility scooter and a man apparently trampled by police officers on horses.
As 100!FedUp reported:
Multiple people were arrested on the street and taken away while the remaining protesters remained peaceful as they offered their support to the protesters being arrested.
The scene in the video below is powerful and speaks volumes as protesters kneel in prayer as police in riot gear loom over them.

As Neon Nettle reported last week:
Canadian police took control of some trucks and advanced toward Parliament on Saturday following the arrest of over 100 people in Canada’s besieged capital.

Trucks left under pressure as authorities pushed for an end of the three-week protest against the country’s COVID-19 restrictions.
Armed police in tactical gear began to gain ground amid one of Canada’s biggest police enforcement actions in history.
Ottawa police addressed the protesters in a tweet:
“We told you to leave.”
“We gave you time to leave.”
“We were slow and methodical, yet you were assaultive and aggressive with officers and the horses.”
“Based on your behavior, we are responding by including helmets and batons for our safety.”
