Democrat Tlaib Caught Pumping $170k to Anti-Israel Activist Pushing to Abolish Police

Democratic "Squad" member Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) has been caught funneling $170,000 in campaign cash to a radical anti-Israel activist who is campaigning to abolish the police in America.
Tlaib's campaign has pumped $170k into funding Rasha Mubarak - a far-left activist who claims Israel is an "apartheid state."
Mubarak also describes herself as an "abolitionist" while campaigning to defund police forces.
Since March 2020, Tlaib's campaign has plowed $147,000 into Unbought Power LLC, a political consulting and advocacy firm run by Mubarak.
Tlaib's leadership PAC, Rooted in Community Leadership, which lists Mubarak as a "treasurer," has paid Unbought Power another $23,000 since October 2020.
The shady paper trail was revealed in Federal Elections Commission (FEC) filings reviewed by Neon Nettle.

Mubarak advertises herself as a "Palestinian Muslim American community activist."
She has a history of making anti-Israel statements online and calling Israel an "occupation" and an "apartheid state."
"These aren’t clashes— it’s an ongoing occupation," Mubarak tweeted in May of last year.
"These aren’t evictions— they are forced expulsions.
"This isn’t a conflict— it’s settler colonialism, it’s ethnic cleansing, it’s oppression, it’s apartheid."
"Say it loud. Say it clear.
"Palestine will be FREE," she added along with the hashtag "#SaveSheikhJarrah."

Mubarak also attacked Democratic Rep. Ted Deutch of Florida, who is Jewish, in September of last year over his remarks pushing back against Tlaib labeling Israel an apartheid state.

Mubarak, who has publicly called for defunding the police multiple times, tweeted back in April that she believes the United States should "abolish the police."
She said in a July 2020 Facebook post that she is an "abolitionist" when it comes to the police.
In two separate tweets from July 2020, Mubarak called for Orange County to "defund the police."
