Support for GOP Soars: 47% of Americans Now Republican as Voters Abandon Democrats
GOP enjoyed a surge in popularity not seen since 1995

Support for the Democratic Party plummeted in 2021 as the GOP enjoyed a surge in popularity not seen since 1995.
American voters are now leaving the Democratic Party in droves as Joe Biden faces growing criticism over inflation, supply chain issues, and an economy teetering on the brink of collapse.
At the end of 2021, 47 percent of Americans identified as Republican, according to a new survey conducted by Gallup.
This is indeed a nightmare for Democrats.
The figures show a nine percent increase in Republican support from the beginning of this year.
Just 42% of survey participants identified as Democrats between October 1 and December 31, marking a seven percent drop from the previous year’s first quarter.

The results show Americans are finally starting to see through the decisiveness of the Democratic Party, which has stoked Black Lives Matter riots throughout 2020 and focused largely on race-baiting and identity politics to further their "woke" agenda.
This is now the first time Republicans have had a five-point lead over the Democrats since the mid-90s.
The figures signal a good sign for Republicans ahead of the November 2022 midterms, as many political pundits predict the GOP will regain both the House of Representatives and Senate, leaving Joe Biden a lame-duck president.
Under Biden, the U.S has seen the worst inflation in 40 years as the cost of living soared by seven percent in December compared to 2020.
Economists say that the increasing price rises could last well into 2023, also adding to concerns over Biden’s desire to push his $1.7 trillion Build Back Better plan.

Demcorats are now tainted in the eyes of many voters amid support for school closures and their efforts to push the teaching of Critical Race Theory-inspired "equity" lessons in schools.
The Gallup poll was carried out over the year with 12,416 American adults polled.
Gallup also reported that more Americans identified as Democrat or Independent in most years, but that is now changing.
From 2016 to 2020, the Democratic Party held five or six-point advantages in party affiliation.
Demcorats had a three-point edge in 2014 and 2015.
But the Republican Party has been seeing a steady rise in support since the begging of 2021.
In the first quarter, 40 percent affiliated with the GOP, then 43, 44, and 42 percent respectively in the second, third, and fourth quarter.
Meanwhile, Democrats have seen a steady fall in support, with 9 percent affiliating with the party in the first half of 2021 and 45 and 47 percent in quarters three and four.
The news comes after Democrat White House economist Larry Summers warned about the direction of Biden’s economy.
The former Obama national Economic Council warned America is now heading toward “higher entrenched inflation.”
“I think the data flow is saying what I’ve thought for quite some time that, yes, there are transitory elements in inflation, and very likely they will recede, but we are basically moving towards higher entrenched inflation,” Summers said in an interview with Bloomberg this week.
“It’s there in expectations, it’s there in wages, it’s there in labor shortages, it’s there in the pervasive pattern across many different prices.”
