Jill Biden Nervously Dismisses Husband's Mental Health Concerns: 'That's Ridiculous'
First Lady claims husband works 'almost 24 hours a day'

Jill Biden has dismissed questions about her husband's mental health, calling such concerns "ridiculous" and arguing he works "almost 24 hours" a day.
During an interview with CBS's Rita Braver at Camp David, Biden talked about life in the White House.
Biden admitted being the first lady was a "little harder" than she expected.
She then dismissed her husband's abysmal polls showing Americans have questions about the Democrat's mental fitness and ability to run the country.
"I think that's ridiculous," she said about those polling numbers.

The first lady then argued that her husband works "almost 24 hours a day."
"He keeps working at it.
"He's an eternal optimist, and he keeps working, Rita, like almost 24 hours a day, at creating relationships with Republicans as well as Democrats."

"To push his agenda forward. It's that important," she said in excerpts of the interview that aired Friday morning on CBS This Morning.
When asked if Joe Biden ever gets frustrated, she said:
"Well, he might make a disparaging remark once in a while."

Last month, Biden avoided undergoing cognitive testing during his first physical exam since he was sworn into office.
But the physical testing he did undertake revealed that he suffers from multiple health issues.
Biden’s physical was completed by Kevin C. O’Connor, D.O.The testing included consultation with several of the Presidential Specialty Consultants from the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
The experts include specialists in optometry, otolaryngology (ENT), dentistry, orthopedics (foot and ankle), orthopedics (spine), physical therapy, neurology, cardiology, radiology, dermatology, anesthesiology, and gastroenterology.
O’Connor's report noted several issues with 79-year-old Biden's physical health.
Last month, political commentator Brit Hume said Biden's mental fitness is "clearly deteriorating" it is like he would not complete his first term in office.
"I don’t think it’s at all clear that he intends to run again,” Hume said on “Special Report,” Mediaite reported.
"But I do think as a political matter, you have to say that."
