Biden has been accused by many of inappropriate contact
Joe Biden is continuing to earn his "Creepy Uncle Joe" nickname after footage emerged of him trying to touch a young girl who reacted angrily by slapping him away.
The girl looked petrified of Biden, but he continued to approach her while pointing his finger as if to touch her.
As Biden got closer, the girl smacked his hand away.

Biden has been accused by many of inappropriate contact which forced him to release a video where he called such incidents “gestures of support and encouragement."
Biden promised to be “much more mindful about respecting personal space.”
“Social norms have begun to change. They’ve shifted,” Biden said in a video recorded on a cell phone.
“And the boundaries of protecting personal space have been reset.
"And I get it. I get it. I hear what they are saying. I understand.”
Social norms are changing. I understand that, and I’ve heard what these women are saying. Politics to me has always been about making connections, but I will be more mindful about respecting personal space in the future. That’s my responsibility and I will meet it. pic.twitter.com/Ya2mf5ODts— Joe Biden (@JoeBiden) April 3, 2019
But despite Biden's remarks, he has been regularly caught on video doing the exact opposite.
In may, Biden made remarks to a veteran's daughter during a speech to military personnel, "I love those barrettes in your hair … She looks like she’s 19-years-old”… with her legs crossed.
Joe Biden looks at a little girl in the audience, the daughter of a veteran, and says "I love those barrettes in your hair. Man I’ll tell you what, look at her she looks like she's 19 years old sitting there like a little lady with her legs crossed." pic.twitter.com/DbH8ihG2Mj— The Post Millennial (@TPostMillennial) May 28, 2021
In 2019, several women accused Biden of inappropriate touching.
The first accusation came from fellow Democrat Lucy Flores, who accused Biden of touching her, kissing her head, and "inhaling" her hair during a rally in 2014.
