Actor Nicolas Cage demanded 'Rust' armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed be "let go" because of safety concerns during the filing of his own movie earlier this year.

Cage allegedly yelled at Gutierrez-Reed while shooting his film "The Old Way," down in Montana.

Gutierrez-Reed reportedly fired off weapons around the crew with no prior warning.

Some said she “put the cast and crew in several unnecessary and dangerous situations,” according to The Wrap.

The armorer also brought weapons and live rounds onto the set while breaking safety rules by allowing firearms to be pointed at people.

Gutierrez-Reed also carried firearms under her arms, sometimes so they would be painting at anyone behind her.

She also accidentally fired a blank while testing whether the sound would spook horses used for production.

“Make an announcement; you just blew my f***ing eardrums out!” Cage blew up before leaving the set.

Brumbaugh saw the error as a sign Gutierrez-Reed didn’t belong on the production.

“I told the AD, ‘She needs to be let go,’” he recalled saying to the assistant director.

“After the second round, I was p***ed off.

"We were moving too fast. She’s a rookie.”

A producer for “The Old Way” denied this account of the armorer’s experience on the film.

“I have no such recollection of this event on our set. I asked my partners the same,” the producer told The Wrap.

“The details on some of these accounts, specifically when it pertains to ‘The Old Way,’ have been blown out of proportion.”

Neon Nettle reported that criminal charges are "on the table" in the fatal accidental shooting by Hollywood star Alec Baldwin.

Legal documents have revealed more details about the on-set tragedy that left cinematographer Halyna Hutchins dead and director Joel Souza injured.

Accordng to the docs, Baldwin was drawing a gun across his body and pointing it at a camera during a rehearsal when it fired on the Santa Fe set of the movie "Rust."
