5-Year-Old Hillary Clinton Tweet Resurfaces, Reminds Everyone Why She Lost Election
There is a reason she is a twice-failed presidential candidate

Hillary Clinton's ruthless journey to the top of the political food chain failed at the last hurdle when Donald Trump swiped her expected victory from under her feet in 2016.
An old Clinton tweet highlights how sure she was of winning.
October 26 is the former secretary of state’s birthday, and in 2016, she wished happy birthday to herself, adding "this future president."
“Happy birthday to this future president,” she wrote from her official account on that day in 2016.

The tweet included a photo of a young Clinton, who grew up to become a ruthless politician.

Hillary was a favorite to win the election, with pollsters giving her anywhere from a 70 percent to a 99 percent chance, Pew Research reported.
But when election night arrived, her confidence turned to despair.
Trump ultimately became the 45th president of the United States, and Clinton became a massive loser.
A massive meltdown from the left ensued, as many screamed and wailed as Trump was officially inaugurated months later.

WATCH:
Clinton conceded and retreated to happaqua, New York, where lucky hikers would spot her wandering in the woods.
She would blame anything from sexism and Russian interference before blaming herself.
But the fact was, Clinton was just terribly unlikeable.
That cute little girl went on to become a swamp-dwelling failed Democratic presidential candidate.
The tweet will haunt Clinton forever, and we at Neon Nettle relish in the fact that every October, she will be reminded of it.
