Soros-Funded Prosecutor Seeking Jail for Dad of Child Raped at 'Woke' School
Buta Biberaj was one of several Soros-backed prosecutors

The Loudoun County prosecutor seeking the arrest of a father who reported the rape of his daughter by a boy identifying as a “transgender female,” has ties to far-left donor George Soros and Terry McAuliffe.
Buta Biberaj was one of several Soros-backed prosecutors who received $860,000 from Soros’ Justice and Public Safety PAC before being elected in Northern Virginia in 2019.
Scott Smith was arrested at a Loudoun County school board meeting after parents complained of the school teaching transgender ideology.
Smith says his child was raped by a "boy wearing a skirt" in May this year.

The attorney representing Scott, Elizabeth Lancaster, said a biological male was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio.
Biberaj's political ties to Soros
Biberaj's campaign received more than $860,000 from Soros’ Justice and Public Safety PAC, she is also a criminal reform advocate and a member of a group of the commonwealth’s attorneys called Virginia Progressive Prosecutors for Justice calling for cash bail and minimum sentences, Fox News reported.
McAuliffe, a close ally of Biberaj, accepted a $250,000 contribution from Soros in August for his campaign.
Biberaj joined the former Democratic governor as recently as Oct. 2 at a campaign event in Leesburg.

Smith’s attorney recently announced plans to sue the school district over its handling of the case as well as his arrest.
“The idea that they would actually be seeking jail time, I’d guess in my 15 years the number of times I’ve seen that happen would be zero,” Lancaster said.
“The idea that this is a person who we need to put in a cage was astounding to me given the social justice reform she was pushing. I was blown away.”

Meanwhile, parents have called for their kids' superintendent to be fired after it emerged that the "woke" school official covered up the alleged rape.
Neon Nettle reported Loudoun County Schools Superintendent Scott Ziegler was accused of covering up an incident where a girl was raped by a "boy in a skirt" in the school's female bathroom facility.
Ziegler claimed on June 22 that the school had received no reports of sexual assaults by transgender students in bathrooms.
But he made that claim four weeks after the victim reported she'd been raped in the bathrooms by a male who had entered the girls' facility due to the school's "woke" gender policies.
