Rand Paul Calls for Gen. Milley to be Court-Martialed for Committing Treason
'He should be court martialed if true'
Senator Rand Paul has called for Joint Chiefs of Staff Army Gen. Mark Milley to be court-martialed for committing treason against the United States.
Sen. Paul (R-KY) wrote on Twitter Tuesday:
“I don’t care what you think of President Trump, the Chairman of the JCOS working to subvert the military chain of command and collude with China is exactly what we do not accept from military leaders in our country."
"He should be court martialed if true."
“Couple that with his inept handling of the withdrawal from Afghanistan, and it is clear General Milley is no longer fit to serve as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and should be removed immediately.”

Meanwhile, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) called on Joe Biden to fire Milley in a letter charging that he undermined Trump:
"I write with grave concern regarding recent reporting that General Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, worked to actively undermine the sitting Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces and contemplated a treasonous leak of classified information to the Chinese Communist Party in advance of a potential armed conflict with the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
"These actions by General Milley demonstrate a clear lack of sound judgment, and I urge you to dismiss him immediately."
President Donald Trump also responded after reports Milley colluded with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) behind his back.
Trump accused Gen. Milley of "treason" for holding secret meetings with the Chinese military while warning China that Trump is "unstable."
Trump responded to the news in a statement, writing:
"If the story of ‘Dumba**’ General Mark Milley, the same failed leader who engineered the worst withdrawal from a country, Afghanistan, in U.S. history, leaving behind many dead and wounded soldiers, many American citizens, and $85 Billion worth of the newest and most sophisticated Military equipment in the world, and our Country’s reputation, is true, then I assume he would be tried for TREASON in that he would have been dealing with his Chinese counterpart behind the President’s back and telling China that he would be giving them notification ‘of an attack.'”
In the months following the 2020 election, Gen. Milley allegedly took secret action to "secure" America's nuclear weapons to reassure the CCP that the United States would not attack them.
Several Republican and Libertarian lawmakers also called for Milley’s firing.
Rep. Chris Stewart (R-UT) tweeted:
"If the reports about General Milley are true, he needs to be relieved of his duties.
"There’s no justification for secret communication with our greatest adversary.
"There’s no justification for treason.
@POTUS: If this is verified, you need to immediately dismiss General Milley."
