Biden Suggests He’s Not in Charge Again: ‘I’m Supposed to Stop and Walk Out’
Biden's 'handler' calling the shots

Democrat Joe Biden implied his handlers are calling the shots from the shadows after he concluded remarks in honor of labor unions by saying what he was "supposed" to do.
After finishing prepared comments in the White House, Biden said:
"I‘m supposed to stop and walk out of the room."
But in a somewhat defiance of his 'handlers,' Biden did not immediately leave the room.
His remarks reaffirmed his past suggestions that other people are dictating what he is allowed to do.

It's so weird that he insists on projecting such weakness. Who the HELL is telling him what to do. He's the POTUS...He does whatever the hell he wants

Earlier this year, a member of Biden's staff was heard calling specific reporters to ask him questions.
Biden has repeatedly suggested he’s not in charge when it comes to speaking to the press.
Biden said, "I’m not supposed to take any questions," and said he was "instructed" to call on specific reporters, saying "they gave me a list of people I’m going to call on."

Last month, Biden said he was taking orders from unidentified handlers operating behind the scenes.
On several occasions in recent weeks, Biden has suggested that "they" are telling him what to do.
According to Biden, "they" set the rules and determine when and where he’s allowed to take questions from the press and who from.
The admissions are leading observers to ponder who is actually calling the shots in the White House.
