Taliban members enter hangar and examine helicopters left behind by Biden

Taliban fighters have been captured on video strolling into an abandoned U.S hangar in Kabul airport while sporting stolen military gear.
Los Angeles Times correspondent Nabih Bulos recorded the video on Monday showing several Taliban members entering the hangar and examining helicopters left behind by the Biden administration.
The armed Taliban fighters appear to be equipped with American helmets, weapons, and ballistic vests.

As the fighters walk around the airport, the echoes of gunshots can be heard in the background.

According to the Times, the helicopters shown in the video are Chinooks.
The Biden administration left behind $85 billion worth of military equipment, which included artillery, helicopters, and airplanes.
All the taxpayer-funded equipment is now in he hands of the Taliban.
The Department of Defense claimed it had demilitarized and rendered the equipment useless.
But not long after their claim, a video showed Taliban forces flying a $6million US Black Hawk helicopter over Kandahar to patrol the city.
The footage, which is still unverified, appears to show a man hanging from a helicopter as it flies over Kandahar.
The final U.S. flight from Afghanistan left around 3:29 p.m., while hundreds of Americans remains stranded in the country.

But Biden promised to get every American out before the withdrawal deadline of Aug. 31.
“Now, our 20-year military presence in Afghanistan has ended,” Biden said in a statement announcing the end of the withdrawal.
Donald Trump later called for "unequivocal military force” against the Taliban if they refused to give back the weaponry.
Trump asserted that the U.S should “at least bomb the hell out of” the Taliban's equipment to prevent them from using it.
Trump said in a statement:
“Never in history has a withdrawal from war been handled so badly or incompetently as the Biden Administration’s withdrawal from Afghanistan."
“In addition to the obvious, ALL EQUIPMENT should be demanded to be immediately returned to the United States, and that includes every penny of the $85 billion dollars in cost.”
“If it is not handed back, we should either go in with unequivocal Military force and get it or at least bomb the hell out of it."
"Nobody ever thought such stupidity, as this feeble-brained withdrawal, was possible!”
