Biden Celebrates 6 Months in Office in Instagram Post, Gets Torched In Comments
'So we just going to forget that we are on the verge of inflation?' one commenter wrote
The White House celebrated Joe Biden marking his first 6 months in office on social media, touting his so-called economic achievements, but commentators shredded him.
The White House said in the post, which prompted thousands of angry responses:
"In six months, this Administration has fueled record-breaking job growth, vaccinated over 160 million people – and captured a lot of photos along the way."
One commenter wrote in response:
"So we just going to forget that we are on the verge of inflation?"
"And what a disaster it has been!" another person wrote in a comment which was liked by 700 others.
Six photos were shared by the White House marking the Biden presidency, including when he was sworn-in, when the Senate passed the American Rescue Plan, and when he toured the National Institutes of Health (NIH)
It also included Biden's address to a joint session of Congress, when he visited the G-7 summit in the U.K., and signing legislation making Juneteenth an official holiday.
"These are just a few of the moments that have made the last six months," the White House account said.
"Worst administration in history," one commenter replied.
"In six months, this administration has destroyed America," wrote another.
"In just six months, the Biden administration has put this country in a tailspin nose dive. The absolute worst," one critic wrote.
"This administration has destroyed our energy independence, dramatically increased the cost of living for hard-working Americans, overseen historic inflation growth, saddled generations of our children with massive China owned debt, wasted our tax dollars in the invasion of illegal aliens – Biden Harris are total screw-ups."
"Inflation is through the roof. Gas prices are up over a dollar a gallon, yes, jobs are coming back because most states have opened back up. Has nothing to do with this administration," wrote another
Critics also highlighted the U.S.-Mexico border, where thousands of illegals continue to pour into the country.
Others noted the uprising in Cuba after Biden’s administration faced backlash after claiming demonstrators were actually protesting “rising COVID cases/deaths."
