Over 100 Illegal Aliens Discovered in 'Inhumane' Stash House by Border Patrol Agents
Undocumented immigrants guarded by smugglers
Texas Border Patrol agents have arrested over 100 undocumented immigrants after they were discovered inside an alleged stash house guarded by smugglers.
In a statement, the CBP said officals with the Laredo Sector Border Patrol Homeland Security Investigations and Laredo Police Department shut down the stash house, which smugglers were guarding in south Laredo.
CBP South Texas wrote on Twitter and also shared footage of the scene:
“Imagine having to share inhumane living conditions with over 100 people! Harsh Reality look inside a #stashhouse discovered today by #USBP Laredo Sector!”

The undocumented immigrants were found to be from Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Ecuador, and Nicaragua.
The immigrants were taken into custody and were medically screened, the agency said.
CBP said that the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic had not deterred smugglers' housing of large groups of individuals in stash houses.
“Stash house incidents such as this pose a threat not only to the people exploited by human smuggling but also to the people and safety of our Nation,” the agency said in its press release.
Since the start of the fiscal year, CBP shut down almost 200 stash houses with over 4,000 undocumented immigrants being arrested as a result, KGNS reported.
Since Joe Biden took office, the number of illegal crossings at the southern border skyrocketed.
Neon Nettle reported that in May, CBP encountered 180,034 persons attempting entry along the Southwest Border.
The eye-watering numbers represented an unbelievable 674% increase vs. May of 2020 when just 23,237 illegal aliens were apprehended.
Republican lawmakers said the crisis is a result of Biden overturning several successful Trump-era immigration policies, which stemmed from the flow of illegal border crossings.
Biden also axed Trump's migrant Protection Protocol (MPP), which effectively ended the problematic “catch and release” policy,
The Biden administration is now releasing unaccompanied minors into the country, returning to Obama-era policies that facilitate “catch-and-release."
Biden, however, attempted to shift the blame on Trump when Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas claimed the Trump administration had “dismantled the orderly, humane, and efficient way of allowing children to make their claims under United States law in their own country.”
Last week, Texas announced plans to build a border wall along the U.S.-Mexico border in the state.
Gov. Greg Abbott (R) blasted Joe Biden's administration and federal lawmakers for inaction on the U.S.'s immigration crisis in a statement announcing the move.
“The influx across the border is out of control, and the Biden administration has shown that is not going to step up and do its job,” Abbott told Breitbart.
“And amidst reports of even more people coming in across the border, we know we have to step up and do more,” the governor said before a border summit he convented in Del Rio, Texas, on Thursday.
