Chinese Communist Party Boasts it 'Defeated' America in 'Biological War'
China declares victory, claiming United States was put 'back in its place' in 2020
A Chinese Communist Party (CCP) professor has claimed that China "defeated" America in a "biological war" during 2020, according to reports.
Prof. Chen Ping, a top Chinese government scientist, features in a leaked video where he appears to boast about putting the United States "back in its place."
In the video, which was translated by New York-based Chinese blogger Jennifer Zeng, Ping appears to suggest that China is claiming a victory in the "biology revolution."
Ping, a senior researcher at the CCP affiliated think tank China Institute of Fudan University and a professor at Peking University, continues by mocking the "Western model," which he claims as "failed," according to Zeng.
The professor goes on to gloat that "the 500-year maritime civilization is doomed" and "the CCP has won."
Ping insists that Communist China "will lead the way of the modernization in the new era after the biology revolution" following the global COVID-19 pandemic, according to Zeng's translation.
Elsewhere in the video. Ping states that "In 2020, China won the trade war, science, and technology war, and especially the biological war.
"The achievement is unprecedented," he brags.
"This is an epoch-making historical record," he continues.
"So for the liberal, America-worshiping cult within China, their worship of the U.S. is actually unfounded.
"After this trade war and biological warfare, the U.S. was beaten back to its original shape."
Speaking about the 2020 U.S. election, Ping also said: "I think Trump's attempt to restore the declining international status of the U.S. during his four years has failed.
"This failure is not only the failure of Trump's personal campaign for reelection as president but also the failure of the neo-liberalism-led globalization of the past four decades led by the U.S. and the U.K.
"Therefore the development and modernization model of the U.S. and Europe is not worthy of China's imitation and repetition."
As WND notes, it's an incredible and unthinkable admission that's brazen, bold, and from someone who knows.
It's thought to be the first admission of its kind by insiders in China.
China's economy expanded by 18.3% in the first quarter of 2021 compared to the same period last year, marking the biggest increase since China started keeping quarterly records in 1992.
The country has undoubtedly been able to rebound quickly by getting ahead of the pandemic in late 2019, stalling and obscuring the facts of what was unfolding.
While the U.S. debated the way to confront the virus, China had the advantage of isolating its population.
A group of the world's leading scientists has urged more investigation into the possibility that the spread of the virus was caused by a leak from Wuhan's Institute of Virology.
Meanwhile, GOP representatives on the House Intelligence Committee have demanded an update from the White House and the Director of National Intelligence on the possibility that the coronavirus leaked from the lab.
The U.S. has been bogged down in these doubts – constrained by not knowing how it happened.
The Republicans, led by the committee's ranking member, Devin Nunes, also want access to any intelligence on the "gain of function" research that was undertaken at the Wuhan lab in conjunction with U.S. agencies.
Such research would have been conducted under Anthony Fauci, the highest-paid government official at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
China says democracy is an inefficient form of government.
Perhaps it's true.
