78% of those polled believe what is going on at the border is a crisis

A majority of Americans do not approve of how Joe Biden is handling what they believe is now a border crisis, according to a new CNN poll.
78% of those polled believe that the situation at the border is a crisis.
But just 19% believe otherwise.
Meanwhile, 65% of voters disapprove of Biden's handling of the situation, while just 29% approve.
The poll questioned 1,004 people between April 21-26 with a margin of error of 3.6 points.
CNN also noted voters had lost enthusiasm regarding Biden’s overall immigration agenda.

Those who disproved of Biden's handling immigration polled at 53%, compared to 41% who approve.
According to a new Quinnipiac poll, just 29% of Americans approve of how Biden is handling the crisis.
Donald Trump took aim at Biden for the border crisis, warning it could “destroy our country" if it is not fixed.
Trump was asked "how dangerous” the situation on the border and how the media would react if Trump were president and “cages” were “overflowing with kids in the middle of a pandemic.”

“They would not stand for it," Trump said.
"And they’re playing it down as much as they can play it down."
"It’s a horrible situation, could destroy our country,” Trump added.
“People are pouring in."
"What they’re doing is insane."
"They’re going to destroy our country.”
Earleir this month, Neon Nettle reported that Biden has one of the lowest approval ratings in modern history, according to an ABC News/Washington Post poll.
Biden's approval rating is 52%, which is way below what Democrats expected.
Biden's approval rating is "lower than any president at 100 days in office since 1945," according to ABC News.
