Biden 'Sanctuary Country' Orders Release of 1000s of Criminal Illegal Aliens into US
Immigration and Customs Enforcement prevented from deporting criminals

Joe Biden’s “sanctuary country” orders are allowing criminal illegal aliens to be released into Texas communities.
Biden's “sanctuary country” orders prevent Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from detaining and deporting the majority of criminal illegal aliens in the United States.
Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) ordered Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to free all detainees in their custody earlier this year.
Deporting illegal aliens will only take place if they are discovered to be known gang members, have been recently convicted of an aggravated felony, or terrorists.

The Post reported at the time:
Agents will no longer seek to deport immigrants for crimes such as driving under the influence and assault and will focus instead on national security threats, recent border crossers, and people completing prison and jail terms for aggravated felony convictions. [Emphasis added]
“Generally, these convictions would not include drug-based crimes (less serious offenses), simple assault, DUI, money laundering, property crimes, fraud, tax crimes, solicitation, or charges without convictions,” acting director Tae Johnson told senior officials in a Thursday email advising them on how to operate while new guidelines are finalized.

Criminal illegal aliens are now flooding into neighborhoods in San Antonio, Texas, due to ICE being unable to take them into their custody, according to a report by FOX 29’s Yami Virgin.

The report suggests “thousands have been released” from prisons after the orders came down from DHS.
In March alone, almost 100 illegal aliens with 182 criminal charges against them were booked into the county jail in San Antonio.
Out of that number, 36 were released into nearby communities instead of being turned over to ICE agents for deportation despite being charged with domestic violence, drug crimes, and assaulting a police officer.
Federal sources revealed criminal illegal aliens in U.S. Marshal’s Service custody are being released as a result of the orders, according to the report.
A former DHS official Ari Jimenez told Virgin:
“This memo is basically violating one of ICE’s core responsibilities which are to collaborate with law enforcement to help ensure that criminals that may pose public safety threats are not released onto our streets to re-offend."
“This is a logistical nightmare,” Jimenez said.
According to previous reports, illegal aliens convicted of child sexual assault, drunk driving, drug crimes, and indecency with a child was also being released from Texas state prisons as a result of the orders.
Neon Nettle reported earlier this month that Texas and Louisiana filed a joint lawsuit against Joe Biden's administration, accusing the White House of turning America into a "sanctuary country" for illegal aliens.
Attorneys General Ken Paxton (R-TX) and Jeff Landry (R-LA) filed their suit against The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) over the Biden admin's "sanctuary country" policies.
The far-left policies prevent Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents from arresting, detaining, and deporting most illegal aliens.
