Human Traffickers Raking In Almost $14M a Day Under Joe Biden
'Trafficking is a multibillion-dollar industry'
Human trafficking cartels are taking advantage of Joe Biden's border policies and raking in as much as $14 million a day, according to border patrol sources.
Former Tucson Border Patrol Chief Roy Villareal said, "trafficking is a multibillion-dollar industry."
"A lot of these vulnerable populations use their life savings," he added.
"Some are essentially indentured servants, and they're working off this debt for a long period of time. In other cases, some of these migrants are asked to transport narcotics or some form of crime to work off a different part of their debt."
But as human traffickers benefit from Biden's lax policies, American taxpayers are paying as much as $5 million a day due to the border crisis.
Shelter costs at $800 per migrant.
On Saturday, Neon Nettle reported the Biden administration is set to spend $86 million in American taxpayer money on hotel rooms for the thousands of migrants.
Additional costs will include overtime and hotel costs for the hundreds of agents reassigned to Texas from other areas.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbot said in a statement:
"The Biden Administration has been an abject failure when it comes to ensuring the safety of unaccompanied minors who cross our border."
"President Biden's refusal to address the border crisis is not only enabling criminal actors like human traffickers and smugglers, but it is exposing innocent unaccompanied children to illness and potentially unsafe living conditions."
Mexico’s liberal President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador also blasted Biden's asylum policies are "enriching cartels" and the business of human trafficking.“
"They see him as the migrant president, and so many feel they’re going to reach the United States,” Lopez Obrador said.
“We need to work together to regulate the flow, because this business can’t be tackled from one day to the next,” Obrador added.
DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas defended Biden saying, "We are encouraging families not to send their children along the dangerous journey because so many do not make it safely. We are encouraging them not to do so. Yet, if they arrive at the border, we have a responsibility to allow them to make their claims under United States law."
Meanwhile, profits made at the border are used to pay off and corrupt central American police and government officials, adding fuel to the border crisis.
But Biden claims that sending US tax money south will strengthen those governments.

In contrast, Trump last year awarded more than $35 million in grants to help survivors of human trafficking.
The fund was allocated through Justice Department grants to organizations that provide safe housing for victims.
In the same month, Trump signed an executive order to combat human trafficking and online child exploitation as the White House put a new focus on the issue.
