Convicted Gang Murderer Toasts Soros-Backed DA for Expected Early Release - WATCH
District Attorney George Gascon receives high praise from killer

A convicted murderer celebrated and toasted George Soros-backed District Attorney George Gascón for his expected early release from prison in a jaw-dropping video.
The video, released by California District Attorneys Association, shows convict Phillip Dorsett toasting Gascón with bootleg liquor and “celebrating us going home on this Gascón directive.”

Dorsett was “sentenced to 40 years to life for the 2005 execution-style shooting death of a rival gang member,” according to Los Angeles Daily News.
Thanks to Soros' millions, Gascón defeated incumbent D.A. Jackie Lacey last year.

Soros donated $1.5 million to the California Justice and Safety PAC, which backed Gascón.
Gascón began implementing radical “criminal justice reform” policies immediately after being sworn in.
In December, Gascón issued new directives to prosecutors, informing them that the following misdemeanors would be declined prosecution.
The exemptions included:
- Trespassing
- Disturbing The Peace
- Driving Without A Valid License
- Loitering To Commit Prostitution
- Resisting Arrest
The directive stated:
“The purpose of the Diversion Policy Directive is to utilize remediation to protect public safety, promote individual rehabilitation, and encourage prosecutorial discretion."

Later, Gascón was sued by The Association of Deputy District Attorneys (ADDA) of Los Angeles County over his recent order to ban prosecutors from enhanced prison sentences, and declining prosecutions for various crimes.
The lawsuit sought an injunction against Gascón’s new policies, arguing it violates California state law.

Neon Nettle reported on Wednesday that a new investigation found that Gascón was one of several Soros-backed DAs helping criminal illegal aliens avoid being deported from the US.
