CNN Reporter Refers to Joe Biden as ‘President-Elect Joebama’ - WATCH
Journalist Jeff Zeleny's mistake causes accusations of a 'Freudian slip'
A CNN reporter referred to former Vice President Joe Biden as "President-elect Joebama" before quickly correcting himself during a live shot Tuesday.
In the era of Freudian slips, the mix up has ignited a lot of debate on social media.
Journalist Jeff Zeleny combined Biden's first name with the former president's surname, a gaffe many would expect the former vice president to make.
“President-elect Joebama — uh, Joe Biden, rather — did finish speaking here just a short time ago,” Zeleny, catching and correcting his own mistake.

Zeleny made the slip while reporting to “Situation Room” host Wolf Blitzer on Biden’s stumping in Georgia on behalf of Democratic Senate candidates Rev. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff.
Zeleny’s unintentional slip comes as Biden puts together his cabinet and White House staff made up of many Obama-era returnees.
Another slip of the tongue worth noting was from Kamala Harris earlier this year.
Harris seemingly slipped up during a virtual roundtable after she touted economic plans under a "Harris administration," in September.
During the roundtable with small business owners in Arizona, Harris promised they would have an ally in the White House with the "Build Back Better" initiative.
But the California senator suggested she was at the top of the Democratic ticket.
"A Harris administration, together with Joe Biden as the president of the United States," she said.
She then quickly clarified:
"The Biden-Harris administration will provide access to $100 billion in low-interest loans and investments from minority business owners."
Similarly, her supposed 'mistake' caused a stir on social media, as many questioned if it was a "Freudian slip."
