Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden's brother James is under a federal corruption investigation over his business dealings in America and China, according to reports.
Reports of the probe emerged late Thursday - the day after Hunter Biden confirmed he was the target of a federal investigation over his shady foreign business deals.
James Biden is one of the former vice president's two younger brothers.
Agents have asked about James during an investigation into a bankrupt hospital business in Pennsylvania in which he was involved, Politico reported.
The business, Americore Health, ran rural hospitals and was raided by agents in January after entering bankruptcy.
During the course of their investigation, the FBI has asked about James Biden's involvement in the business, Politico reported.

The news comes amid calls that a special counsel is named to probe the Biden family's dealings, according to a new report.
On Wednesday, Hunter Biden confirmed that he is under federal investigation for possible tax fraud, with reports suggesting the Justice Department is also examining his overseas business dealings - most notably in China and Ukraine.
But that probe, which was first opened in 2018, also reportedly covers another member of the Biden family: James Biden, the younger brother of the president-elect.
According to a Politico report published Thursday, federal authorities in the Western District of Pennsylvania are conducting a criminal investigation into hospital business Americore Health and have been asking questions about James Biden’s role in the company, two sources familiar with the investigation said.
Two hospitals operated by Americore were raided by FBI agents earlier this year over allegations of gross financial mismanagement.
The investigation was triggered by complaints that it was not running hospitals “in a manner that is consistent with public safety and welfare,” one suit read.
James Biden has been described as a partner or “principal” in the organization but has disputed that account in litigation.
In a Politico report from September, several sources claimed that Joe Biden’s younger brother transferred money from Americore to himself in the form of personal loans.
The company filed for bankruptcy in December 2019 as prosecutors said CEO Grant White “improperly siphoned money from the debtors for his personal benefit.”
James Biden is now the second member of the political family to come under scrutiny from federal investigators.

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) on Thursday called for a special counsel to be appointed to look into the Bidens’ business dealings.
"The Biden campaign released details of a tax fraud investigation in Wilmington,” Cotton said Thursday on Fox News.
"I think that was just to show maybe the least damaging part of the investigation.
"There are allegations of securities fraud, money laundering related to Hunter Biden’s Chinese businesses, a crooked hospital deal with Jim Biden, Joe Biden’s brother out in western Pennsylvania.
"These investigations span multiple jurisdictions.”
According to a CNN report, investigators in the US Attorney’s Office in Delaware are also probing a laptop that reportedly belonged to Biden’s scandal-scarred son, which was first reported by The New York Post.
A 2.8-carat, $80,000 diamond given to Hunter Biden by a since-vanished Chinese energy tycoon is also said to be part of the ongoing tax fraud probe, another report on Thursday said.
