Joy Behar: Trump's Re-Election Would Mean ‘the End of this Country'
'I worry about the possible four years of this, and it’s the end of democracy'
“The View" co-host Joy Behar claimed if President Donald Trump is re-elected in November, it would be "the end of democracy.”
She then went a step further, adding it would also be “the end of this country.”
The anti-Trump comedian expressed optimism that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden could win, but warned if he loses, “we’re doomed.”
“People should not get complacent,” Ms. Behar said.
“I worry about the possible four years of this, and it’s the end of democracy."
"It’s the end of this country, four more years of this. I believe that.”
Behar then went onto her doomsday scenario.
“Especially when they own the Supreme Court, and God forbid they take the Senate again, we’re doomed,” Ms. Behar said.
“We’re doomed. People better go out there and vote," she added.
"That’s all I have to say.”

Co-host Whoopi Goldberg then tried to calm Behar down.
“Don’t flip out, don’t let yourself do that,” she said.
Earlier this month, Behar fantasized about the idea of Nancy Pelosi becoming president during an interview with the House speaker on "The View."
"I'm dreaming of the day when we can say 'President Nancy Pelosi,'" Behar said.
"I think that sounds really good," Behar said as the California Democrat chuckled.
“My motto is we don’t agonize, we organize.”@SpeakerPelosi shares her concerns leading up to the presidential election: “I have no doubt that the president in typical fashion will lie, cheat and steal to win this election. So we are prepared for that.” https://t.co/IoSk45imim pic.twitter.com/CPEEhSQVEq— The View (@TheView) October 7, 2020
The leftist host went on to bash President Donald Trump, expressing concern about how he could "steal this election" despite polls showing Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden leading.
