Pelosi Hints at Plot to Remove Trump from White House Before Election
House speaker suggests the 25th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution

Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has hinted of a plan to remove President Donald Trump from office before the election using the 25th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
“Tomorrow, by the way, tomorrow — come here tomorrow. We’re going to be talking about the 25th Amendment,” Pelosi said during her press briefing.
Democrats have long floated the idea of removing Trump using 25th Amendment.
Earlier this year, Pelosi declared Trump would be leaving the White House in November, even if "if he has to be fumigated."
“The fact is whether he knows it yet or not, he will be leaving,” Pelosi said.
“Just because he might not want to move out of the White House doesn’t mean we won’t have an inauguration ceremony to inauguration a duly elected President of the United States," she added

"It has nothing to do with the certain occupant of the White House doesn’t feel like moving and has to be fumigated out of there because the presidency is the presidency," she added.
Twice failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton warned in July that the United States needs to 'be ready' if Trump loses the election in November and refuses to leave the White House.
"Well, I think it is a fair point to raise as to whether or not, if he loses, he's going to go quietly or not," she said.
"And we have to be ready for that."
In June, Joe Biden suggested the military would remove Trump if he refuses to leave the White House.
Biden also said Trump is "going to try and steal this election."

Following Trump's coronavirus diagnosis, leftist social media accounts, and media like the New York Times talked about using the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office.
But unfortunately for Democrats, Trump was discharged from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Monday and has recovered rapidly.
For reference, below is the text of the 25th Amendment:
Section 1.
In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.
Section 2.
Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.
Section 3.
Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.
Section 4.
Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by a two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.
