FBI Raids Home of Biden Campaign Surrogate & Netflix Star for Underage Sex Allegation
Jerry Harris is being investigated by the FBI after allegations
Netflix star, Jerry Harris, who has appeared in a video with former Vice President Joe Biden, is being investigated by the FBI after his home was raided for reportedly soliciting sex and sexually explicit photos with minors.
Two 14-year-old boys from texas made the allegations against Harris, claiming they were sexually harassed by him when they were just 13.
On Monday, FBI agents executed a search warrant on Harris's home in Naperville, Illinois, as part of the ongoing investigation, according to USA Today.
The investigation comes from allegations reported to the police by cheerleading company, Varsity Brands.
USA Today reported:
In Aug. 1 letters to police in Florida and Texas, Varsity’s chief legal officer, Burton Brillhart, said the company learned of “inappropriate sexual conduct” allegations against Harris and reported the information to authorities as required by law.
Brillhart included two screenshots in his communication with law enforcement. In one – a Snapchat message – a picture of the upper part of what appears to be Harris’ face is labeled with the message, “Would you ever want to ****.” The other screenshot – which is a series of text messages – indicates an exchange that began on Friday, May 3, 2019, when an individual named “jerry harris” wrote, “Hey btw I found a place for us to do stuff it’s actually pretty good haha.”
Harris was recently featured in Netflix’s “Cheer” docuseries and also appeared in a video supporting Joe Biden and encouraging young blacks to vote.
The Washington Free Beacon reported:
Just three months ago, the Biden campaign used Harris, who has over a million followers on Instagram, as part of Biden’s push to sway young voters and “win back the internet,” Time magazine reported. The Instagram live video of Harris and Biden was viewed nearly 300,000 times and remains on social media.
Soon after Free Beacon’s report, the social media post was removed from Instagram.
The Daily Mail reported:
The FBI interviewed the twins on August 28 and then spoke to Charlie again on Friday, according to their mother, Kristen.
She said the agency retrieved evidence from their cell phones and gathered documentation from cheer events they attended where Harris was present.
Kristen said she first learned about the messages earlier this year and ordered her sons to deleted the communications because she was in shock.
She claims that it included a video of Harris masturbating and say she now regrets making them delete it.
The news comes as Netflix faces a storm of controversy for their award-winning film, "Cuties," which is accused of sexualizing children and child exploitation.
A petition, which has since gone viral, is calling for Netflix to remove 'Cuties.'
The petition has already garnered 641,328 signatures at the time of writing this article.
The petition reads:
This movie/show is disgusting as it sexualizes an ELEVEN year old for the viewing pleasure of pedophiles and also negatively influences our children! There is no need for this kind of content in that age group, especially when sex trafficking and pedophilia are so rampant!
